The Art of Intention: Crafting a Spirit Doll

What You'll Learn: Create your own spirit doll!  In this hands-on workshop you’ll be guided through the process of bringing a unique, soulful creation to life. Whether you’re an experienced crafter or an absolute beginner, you will learn techniques to design, sculpt, and adorn your doll with meaningful materials. 

 In this class, you will explore:

• Intention Setting: Infusing your doll with personal meaning and purpose.

• Design & Creation: Using various mixed media materials like fabric, paper, clay, beads, and natural elements.

• Symbolism: Incorporating talismans and objects that hold special significance for you.

Skill Level/Age Range:   All Levels/ 12+ (ages 12-14 must be accompanied by an adult)

Student Instructions:  Bring some pieces of old costume jewelry, cloth, lace or other decorative embellishments that tickle your imagination and are meaningful to you. If you have a craft size hot glue gun bring that along too.

Materials Needed:  Materials are provided by the instructor, but feel free to bring embellishments and a craft hot glue gun.
