Commander Jack Logan (the late Joe Lara of Unstreamables favorite HOLOGRAM MAN) is an agent for a secret organization designed to prevent the distribution and detonation of rogue nuclear weapons. When Logan discovers that megalomaniacal billionaire Maximilian Gast (the late, great Udo Kier of SUSPIRIA, BLOOD FOR DRACULA, and FLESH FOR FRANKENSTEIN fame) has created a “Doomsdayer” device that could trigger any nuclear reactor around the world, it becomes a race against time to prevent total global annihilation. DOOMSDAYER is the directorial debut of Michael John Sarna, who largely worked on Megadeth and Smash Mouth videos, as well as an accomplished stunt performer who worked on high profile films such as Sam Raimi’s SPIDER-MAN 2 and Shane Black’s KISS KISS, BANG BANG. Featuring a fun supporting villainess turn from Brigtte Nielsen (COBRA, BEVERLY HILLS COP II) with an accent this side of Boris and Natasha from ROCKY & BULLWINKLE, DOOMSDAYER is a non-stop barrage of cheap thrills, explosions, chases, and more Bond-like motifs.
