About Us

GoodHelp provides reliable, empathetic home maintenance and repair support for aging adults, while giving peace of mind to their families. We help seniors remain confident, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, and support adult children who may live far away or lack the time to manage ongoing household needs themselves.

Founded through first-hand personal experience, GoodHelp was built on the belief that support should be delivered with patience, respect, and genuine care — not just completed as another service call.

We offer both one-time appointments and an ongoing maintenance model centered around scheduled visits and proactive household support. By working from a running home task list, we help reduce the stress of coordinating multiple contractors, prevent small issues from becoming larger problems, and provide more personalized service by becoming familiar with each home over time.

In addition to working directly with seniors, we also partner with adult children, caregivers, realtors, estate attorneys, and family planners during major life transitions such as downsizing, relocation, or preparing a home for sale.

When a project requires a licensed specialist or falls outside our scope, we will always say so and help guide the next steps honestly and responsibly.
