I believe that by integrating different theories and interventions, it creates a treatment approach that is unique as the client. I have experience integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution focused therapy, with Art, dance and movement, and/or Eco therapy. I will work with you to achieve your goals, provide individualized coping skills, and enhance your mental health wellness.
