Beertender – Volition Brewing

Volition Brewing is looking for experienced, hospitality-driven Beertenders to join our team. We’re a fast-paced, community-focused brewery that takes pride in quality beer and exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding, welcoming service to every guest

• Confidently guide guests through our beer menu and offerings

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar environment

• Operate POS system and accurately handle cash and payments

• Support taproom events and busy weekend service

• Uphold Volition’s standards for hospitality and professionalism

Requirements

• Prior service industry experience required (bartending or restaurant experience preferred)

• Strong multitasking skills in a high-volume environment

• Friendly, team-oriented attitude

• Weekend and evening availability

• Must be 21+

A Plus (But Not Required)

• Craft beer knowledge or brewery experience

• Familiarity with draft systems

• Experience in high-volume taprooms
