Marianna will go over how to pick out the best ingredients and, most importantly, how to create the prized, crisp "socarrat" that every Spanish household craves. In this class you will learn how to make chicken and chorizo paella, vegetable paella with spicy garlic sauce, mixed seafood paella, and Xato -- a Catalonian salad with romesco vinaigrette. All will be enjoyed at the end of class with a lovely glass of wine!
