As a Snoqualmie manufacturer, we employ more than 170 workers in the community. But, despite our industry’s vibrant opportunities, it’s predicted that there could be as many as 2.1 million unfilled positions in manufacturing over the next decade. In partnership with the National Association of Manufacturers, we’re joining a nation-wide effort as a leading local manufacturer to inspire the next generation of manufacturers in the Snoqualmie area to address that gap.
With this in mind, we want to give your students an inside look at how they can develop the skills needed to qualify for long-term careers in the essential and exciting manufacturing industry. Whether your students are physically in the classroom for the 21-22 school year, or if they continue to learn virtually, we can accommodate your needs with this fun and educational virtual field trip. In addition to the engaging virtual content, we’ll also be extending a follow-on invitation to high school seniors who are interested in pursuing manufacturing to attend an exclusive, in-person tour of our local facility to further their understanding of the many vibrant career opportunities available in this industry. We’ll share more on that secondary opportunity for your seniors after our online event.
